Premium Level Security Training (Group Course)

Course Description

This computer-based training program is designed to elevate security personnel introducing them to the key skills and knowledge necessary to provide premium level security services.

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of how to be effective in key areas that clients are looking for from premium level agents: increased awareness of their physical environment, service-focused interactions with tenants and visitors at key access points and manage visitor entry, identifying social engineering techniques over multiple interactions, and implementing logistics strategies and emergency action plans. They will learn to embody genuine helpfulness, applying problem-solving techniques discover the purpose of des-escalation strategies, develop relational sensitivity and hone their attention to detail to ensure thorough security protocols.

By the end of this training, security guards will be equipped to deliver premium level security services, ensuring safety and peace of mind for clients and visitors alike.

Course Designer, Content, and Producer

Christine McQuillanChristine is an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Illinois State University and worked as a teacher in inner-city Chicago before becoming a flight attendant.

Christine eventually became an instructor at the Republic training center in Indianapolis, Indiana. She specialized in training new hires and re-certifying current flight attendants on topics such as passenger safety, transportation security, and a wide variety of emergencies.
